Kingwood Fitness is a locally owned independent fitness center in the front of Kingwood. We’re committed to keeping Kingwood strong. Whether you’re an experienced athlete taking it to the next level; someone who is easing into fitness; or someone in between, we have exactly what you need.

Our gym features a full array of cardio equipment, assisted weight machines, and free weights. Because the gym is spacious and well-equipped, your workout can be quick and efficient with no frustrating waits. Our group fitness classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels. Our experienced instructors will provide the direction and encouragement you need for a great workout. And, for those seeking an individualized fitness program, our expert certified personal trainers will develop a customized plan just for you.

FRIENDS & COFFEE

For so many of us, the hardest part of our fitness routine isn’t the actual workout - it’s getting to the gym. At Kingwood Fitness, you’ll find the best instructors in Kingwood, a community of friends, and a social environment that makes the gym more treat than chore. We created our coffee room so that you always have something to look forward to! Join your friends for relaxation and connection while you sip the specialty coffee of your choice. It’s all included with your membership.
