CLASSES
Use this link to join any Zoom class. You’ll need a password. Contact the front desk at 281-913-5275 to request the password. You may join a Zoom class before it begins or while it is in progress.
No, classes aren’t extra, they are included with your membership. The only class that has a fee is Reformer Pilates, which is more like small group personal training than an open group fitness class.
No, classes don’t require reservations except for Reformer Pilates.
Contact the front desk to purchase your Reformer Pilates session(s). To reserve your Reformer Pilates session online, go to our schedule, and click on the class you want to attend. Log in and follow the steps on the screen to complete your registration. Or, if you prefer, the front desk can reserve your spot.
AMENITIES
Yes, we have lockers and showers. We provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels and hair dryers. Please bring a lock for your locker, then empty your locker and remove your lock before you leave the gym.
No, we don’t have a pool or sauna.
No, childcare is not offered at Kingwood Fitness, and for safety reasons children are not permitted to wait onsite for an adult who is working out.
OTHER STUFF
There is always great equipment availability at Kingwood Fitness. There are no “bad” times to work out at this gym.
No, there are no other required fees. Please note that we are required to charge tax on membership dues and enrollment fees.
There are service charges in special circumstances. There is a $20 service charge if you want to place your monthly membership on hold, and there is a $30 administrative fee if your membership payment is declined or late.

Visit the My KF page. Click on “MEMBER LOGIN.” Login using the email address you provided when you got your membership. You’ll need a password, too, but if you don’t know your password, you can easily reset your password on the My KF page.

Our free trials are open to local people who are considering joining Kingwood Fitness. We have short-term memberships available for those visiting the area.

Yes, you can purchase 10 classes/visits for $135 or 5 visits for $85. Contact the front desk at 281-324-8808 to purchase a visit pack.
Anyone age 12 and above is welcome to become a Kingwood Fitness member. People in middle school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has a Kingwood Fitness membership. People in high school may work out alone. Anyone under age 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver and membership agreement.
No, at Kingwood Fitness everyone with the same membership type pays the same price. That’s part of our Honest Gym Promise.
Our Adult Monthly Membership is $70 plus an enrollment fee. This membership auto-renews every month. To end this membership, you must submit a cancellation request in writing, and then you’ll be billed one more time before your membership ends.
Our One Month Membership is $100 with no enrollment fee. It ends after one month. It does not auto-renew, and no cancellation is required.
You may include one or two adults living at the same address, and any dependent children ages 12-21 also living at that address (including college students who only live at the address when not at college).

Anyone under 19 years of age qualifies for a student membership. If you are 19 or older, you will need proof that you are a full-time student (undergraduate - at least 12 hours, graduate – at least 9 hours)
Yes, we offer two weeks free to any active-duty member of the military on leave. See the front desk at the gym to sign up.
Email kingwoodfitness@gmail.com with your request. You must submit your membership hold request in writing. We do not accept verbal hold requests. If you have a monthly membership, there is a $20 hold fee per month.

Your account must be up to date (not past due) for us to enter your cancellation. Once your cancellation is entered, you will be billed one more time on the first of the next month. Your membership will end after that paid month.
